Robot Arm Type Injection Molding Solutions

SAMFACC develops automation equipment for plastic factories that want stable take-out, faster cycles, and safer operator spaces. On this page we gather our main injection molding robot solutions so engineers can compare structures, speeds, and payloads in one place. Every model is a controlled robot arm type design that works beside standard injection machines and supports 24-hour production.

Traverse Robot
This is our most widely used injection molding robot. The traverse series moves across the mold, grips the finished part, and exits to the outside of the machine. Customers can choose the high-speed version for packaging parts or the standard version for medium cycle times. Because it is a flexible robot arm type, it can be taught to remove sprues, stack products, or hand items to a conveyor.
Side-Entry Robot
For high-speed packaging molds we supply a side-entry injection molding robot. It moves in and out of the mold very quickly, cutting cycle time. Because this is still a programmable robot arm type, it can be linked with stacking tables or downstream inspection systems.
Cutlery Packaging System
This system combines a pick-and-place injection molding robot with automatic counting and bagging. It is designed for disposable forks, spoons, knives, and similar parts. Using this robot arm type solution, molded pieces go straight from the press into wrapped sets, reducing manual sorting and keeping products clean.
Vertical Robot
Our vertical units serve presses with limited space at the side. The arm enters from above, takes the part, and leaves without interfering with nearby equipment. This is an efficient injection molding robot choice when several machines are arranged closely or when the factory ceiling allows vertical travel. Control functions are the same as other robot arm type models, so operators do not need separate training.
IML Robot
For in-mold labeling jobs we offer a precise injection molding robot that places the label into the open mold, waits for molding, and then removes the finished decorated part. Positioning accuracy is high, and the robot arm type structure keeps labels flat, which is important for food containers and thin-wall boxes.

Key advantages

  • Stable repeat accuracy to protect delicate parts and multi-cavity molds
  • Servo control on every axis for smooth motion
  • Easy connection with conveyors, stackers, and packaging devices
  • Short installation and clear wiring routes, reducing machine downtime
  • Technical support from SAMFACC engineers for parameter setting and maintenance

Usage Scenarios

Automotive clips, houseware, thin-wall containers, disposable cutlery, electronic parts, and IML packaging all benefit from a reliable injection molding robot. Wherever operators currently reach into the press, the same work can be handled by a robot arm type machine to improve safety and consistent cycle time.

Why Choose SAMFACC

SAMFACC focuses on molding automation only, so our team understands clamp sizes, ejector strokes, and real factory conditions. We customize arm length, gripper layout, and I/O to match your press brand. If you are planning to standardize on one injection molding robot platform or need to compare several robot arm type structures for a new plant, contact us through the inquiry form on this page and our sales engineers will reply with detailed specifications and delivery options.
